Unlike other mindset coaches, I'm not going to give you a mindset tool and send you on your way.
I'm also not going to teach you to breathe deeply and expect that to solve all of life's problems.
I use a combination of strategies to help you rewire your brain for growth and success while also doing the deeply personal work that addresses your intrinsic motivators, explores and improves your self-awareness skills, and sharpens your ability to focus on what truly matters.
I've got a no-bs personality that enjoys some good humor while also holding space for us to learn & develop the essential skills you need to be successful.
This style, coupled with my coaching format of 1:1 sessions and frequent weekly "check-ins, " enables you to unload, discuss and implement your personalized plan, and receive real-time support and direction throughout the week.
With over 20+ years of competing in organized sports, another 10+ years navigating the youth sports culture with my (2) teenage student-athletes, and the experience and qualifications as a mental performance coach, I bring a wealth of value to each of my clients. I am committed to helping today's student-athletes strengthen their mindset, develop unwavering confidence, and shatter their perceived limitations on the field, in the classroom, and throughout life.
